Over the holidays, Kevin Nash found himself in the news for the wrong reasons. Nash was arrested on Christmas Eve for a physical altercation with his son, who would also be arrested. Though, things appear to be hashed out, as the charges against the elder Nash were dropped on Jan. 14.
Because of his arrest, WWE announced that it had suspended Kevin Nash and his WWE Legend’s Contract. Additionally, Nash was removed from advertisements for the Jan. 19 “Monday Night Raw,” in which he was slated to appear with Scott Hall, Shawn Michaels, and Hulk Hogan. On Jan. 12, WWE replaced Nash with Ric Flair in advertisements.
However, it now appears that Kevin Nash may appear on the Jan. 19 showing of “Monday Night Raw” after all. With his charges dropped, WWE has revoked the suspension of Nash’s legend’s deal.
The company issued the following statement to PWInsider:
“Now that Kevin Nash’s legal matter has been resolved with all charges being dropped, his “legends” contract has been immediately reinstated.”
Shawn Michaels, who will be on the Jan. 19 showing of “Monday Night Raw,” tweeted to Nash that he better be on the program:

Editor’s Note
I could definitely see Nash appear on the Jan. 19 “Raw.” Still, it may be a bit of a risk, and Ric Flair has already been added in Nash’s place.
