According to reports and an official Twitter statement, all charges against Kevin Nash have been dropped. Nash was arrested on Dec. 23 after engaging in a brawl with his son, who was also taken into custody.

Nash took to Twitter around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 14 to reveal that the charges once held against him due to the dispute had been dropped, saying,

As previously reported, WWE had suspended Nash’s “Legend’s Contract” due to the incident. The former WWE Champion was slated to appear during the Jan. 19 edition of “Monday Night Raw” prior to the incident and his suspension, when he was then pulled from advertisements and replaced with Ric Flair.

With the charges being dropped, the suspension on Nash’s “Legend’s Contract” should get lifted as well. This means “Big Daddy Cool” may appear alongside of his Outsiders teammate Scott Hall during the “RAW Reunion” special on Jan. 19 after all.

Editor’s Note:
I’m so glad Nash is clear of all these charges. You can’t judge someone’s situation when you don’t have all the facts. Hopefully this will allow his contract to be reinstated and he can appear on TV again when asked.
