WWE Superstar Sheamus was at the inaugural Wizard World Sacramento Comic Con on Friday, March 7. During the Question & Answer session, the “Celtic Warrior” was asked about the ongoing situation between WWE and CM Punk, who tends to attend these Wizard World Comic Con events on behalf of WWE.

PWInsider reader sent out a report to the website, including some details about Sheamus’ Q&A session in regards to CM Punk. The reader revealed that Sheamus honestly didn’t know what was going on between CM Punk and WWE. The only thing that Sheamus said that he did know was the fact that Punk is currently not working with the company.

WrestleZone was also sent in a more detailed description of Sheamus’ comments on the matter. The reader noted that Sheamus still kept a positive mindset towards Punk. In fact, Sheamus revealed that when he and Punk were in the Royal Rumble match, Punk told him “Welcome back,” as he stomped his chest. Additionally, the two-time WWE Champion noted that people come and go from WWE all the time, mentioning names like The Rock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and Hulk Hogan.
