TMZ caught up briefly with Hulk Hogan, who is now back with WWE, over the weekend. Hogan was en route to an event with Jimmy Hart when TMZ asked him about his return to WWE in addition to the ongoing situation between CM Punk and WWE.

When asked about his return to WWE, Hogan was ecstatic, noting that he can be immortalized with the WWE Network. Additionally, Hogan said that it feels great to be back, as he was great then and still great now. Hogan made his first appearance with WWE since 2007 on the Feb. 24 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” which coincided with the launch of the WWE Network.

In regards to the CM Punk situation, Hogan told TMZ that he did not know much about the whole ordeal. However, Hogan did wish that Punk is just on a brief vacation in “Hawaii or somewhere,” likely signifying that Hogan hopes that Punk returns to WWE in the near future.

Tomorrow on Monday, March 10, Hulk Hogan will be live on “Monday Night Raw” from Memphis Tenn. There, Hulk Hogan will be making a major announcement regarding WrestleMania XXX. Hogan is set to host the 30th anniversary of WWE’s grand spectacle.
