We’re about three weeks away from the highly-anticipated dream match between Brock Lesnar and Samoa Joe, which will take place on July 9 at WWE’s Great Balls of Fire show. Yes, the name of the pay-per-view is awful, but if their brawl on Monday told us anything at all, it’s that the Lesnar vs. Joe match will be anything but.

One person who can’t wait to see Lesnar vs. Joe is WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross. In fact, Ross told Busted Open Radio that he’d love to call the Great Balls of Fire main event.

“I believe those two guys are gonna have a whole hell of a lot to say about their presentation in Dallas,” said Ross. “I really do. I also believe that each guy is an alpha male. They’re going to bring each other their best, there’s gonna be locks up that would make some people leave wrestling school. So, I believe Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar is going to be a classic.

“I believe it’s going to be a great match, ya know, I’ve lobbied to call it, like a goof. I will ‘Talk for food.’ From Oklahoma to Dallas, I can be there in two and half hours.”
