Earlier this week, Paige, who is currently out of action recovering from neck surgery, apparently had her phone stolen, as several nude photos and videos of the ex-Divas Champion appeared online. She has since commented on the matter, saying that the photos and videos were posted without her consent.

Now the question is: will WWE punish Paige in any way? Dave Meltzer weighed in on that issue during Sunday’s Wrestling Observer Radio.

“It’s bad, because if you’re WWE, there’s two ways of looking at it. Number one, if you remember when Seth Rollins had something sorta similar to this happen, [WWE] did nothing, and their feeling was that he didn’t do anything wrong, and it was a jealous ex-girlfriend or whatever. This is worse. This is someone who stole [Paige’s] phone I guess. At the same time, it’s more graphic. What you do on your own time, is your own time, but there is a morals clause in any entertainer’s contract, and it is a publicly traded company that has sponsors like Mattel and people like that.

“It’s a really tough situation, because if you do something to her, you pretty much would have to do something to Xavier Woods [who is allegedly in one of the videos with Paige], and you really couldn’t bring back Hulk Hogan at that point. So it’s like a can of worms that you don’t wanna really open.”
