Back in November, Goldberg had his first WWE match in well over a decade, as he surprisingly squashed Brock Lesnar back at Survivor Series. The match was supposed to be a one-off, but Goldberg’s return got over so well that WWE decided to offer him a three-pay-per-view extension, with WrestleMania being the final show of his contract.

Now, we’re a little over two weeks away from Goldberg’s current WWE contract coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean that the company is finished with the current Universal Champion.

According to Cageside Seats, everyone within WWE thinks that Goldberg has had a great run, and they’ll probably end up using him in some capacity following this year’s WrestleMania. So, it looks like Goldberg will continue on with WWE in some form following April 2.
