One of a kind again? Rob Van Dam is one of the most popular wrestlers of all time as well as being one of the most successful. While he’s probably most famous for his time in ECW, Van Dam also had an incredibly successful career in the WWE, where he won almost every possible title. Van Dam appeared multiple times for WWE and that number might be going up.

On his Twitter page, Van Dam was asked if he would be wrestling at an upcoming House of Hardcore show. Van Dam said no, but he would be back in the ring later this year. A fan went on to ask if that meant WWE and Van Dam said “more info soon”. Van Dam hasn’t wrestled for WWE since 2014.

Opinion: I don’t see anything wrong with this. Van Dam can still wrestle more than a good match and he’s certainly going to be popular. While I can’t imagine it being a full time deal, there’s nothing wrong with having him come in, put some people over, and then head back to doing whatever he does when he’s not in WWE.
