Over the years, we’ve seen WWE debut new additions to their main roster immediately after WrestleMania, and we’ll see more of the same this year.

According to Cageside Seats, WWE is planning on calling up at least two NXT stars right after WrestleMania, one of which has been ready for the main roster ever since he debuted in WWE’s developmental league, and the other one, honestly, probably shouldn’t be called up.

Let’s start with the bad news first: one of the two names that will be called up is Elias Samson. Yes, WWE wants to call up The Drifter. Weird, right?

Now, for the good news: former NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura will make his main roster debut after WrestleMania. It’s unclear which brand he’ll be a part of, but it’s pretty obvious that SmackDown needs him more, as they’re about to lose John Cena.

Also, according to Cageside Seats, Asuka won’t be in this round of NXT call ups. Many thought they were thinking about calling her up because she performed at a recent WWE live event. But, for now at least, it looks like she’s staying down in NXT.
