Since parting ways with TNA/Impact Wrestling, both Jeff and Matt Hardy have been teasing several possible destinations, including WWE and New Japan Pro Wrestling. They just recently signed with Ring of Honor, but it doesn’t look like they signed a long-term deal.

While speaking with CBS, Ring of Honor’s chief operating officer Joe Koff made it seem like the Hardys won’t be with the company as soon as we hit April.

“The Hardys was [an] almost serendipitous situation. We obviously had them booked for Lakeland on April 1st… When they chose not to renew with Impact, we saw an opportunity. They are with us for the immediate future. They want to keep their options open.”

It does look like both Jeff and Matt are heading back to WWE for one last run. Will they work a full time schedule? Will they be allowed to use their broken characters in WWE? Those are questions that haven’t yet been answered, but we’ll probably get those answers at some point within the next month.
