Fan of the Broken One or not, you have to hand it to Matt Hardy–he knows how to keep his name in the news. Even when he was under contract with TNA he was willing to call out opponents in every company, even WWE, and that certainly hasn’t changed now.

In a brief TMZ interview which you can watch below, “Broken” Matt says that he’s spoken with folks from Meekmahan’s show–and, of course, “every promoter” from “every major wrestling promotion.” Yes, Matt keeps character even for TMZ webcam interviews. What did you expect?

The fun part is when Matt says he has Vanguard One watching Meekmahan 24/7. If Vince tries anything “shady,” he will of course be DELETED.

As mentioned, it’s hardly the first time Matt has called out someone from WWE–he was even doing it on TNA television. That does include folks in charge, such as the “man with three Hs.”

The interesting bit is that TMZ seems to have a fairly close relationship, having had more than one opportunity to interview people like Stephanie McMahon and the recently returned Kurt Angle.

Whether or not there’s anything specific to Matt’s comments here, there’s no doubt he’s doing his very best to keep his name in everyone’s mind.

The Hardys are currently contracted with Ring of Honor, but there’s reason to believe their stay will be a short one–a stint that could end by WrestleMania, or shortly afterward.
