There are a few names that are rumored to be a part of the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame class, one of which is Shaquille O’Neal, who will wrestle Big Show at WrestleMania 33. But, the question that everyone is wondering is: who will headline this year’s class?

The Hall of Fame is taking place in Orlando, Florida, the night before WrestleMania 33, so there’s a chance that The Rock, who resides in Florida, could headline the 2017 class, but that doesn’t seem likely. So, who else is out there? Well, WWE may have spoiled the answer in one of their latest videos.

Last week, WWE posted a video about things that should happen in 2017, and one of the things listed was Daniel Bryan headlining the WWE Hall of Fame, class of 2017. You can check out the video below.

After Daniel Bryan retired in February of last year, there was some talk of him headlining the 2016 Hall of Fame. But, WWE ultimately decided to leave him out of the ceremony, and Sting headlined it instead.

Since retiring, Bryan has said that he’s still struggling with adjusting to life after wrestling, so it’s unclear how he’ll react to WWE asking him to be a part of the Hall of Fame. He still wants to wrestle, and being a Hall of Fame inductee may be something that he’s not ready for quite yet because of that.
