Major Feud Planned for Finn Balor Following WWE Payback

Finn Balor reportedly suffered a concussion two weeks ago, but the concussion didn’t cause him to miss any television time, as he wrestled and defeated Curt Hawkins on this past Monday’s Raw. As of right now, Balor doesn’t have an opponent for next Sunday’s Payback show, but he will have an opponent for the next Raw exclusive pay-per-view later this summer.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the plan for “The Demon King” coming out of Payback is for him to feud with the newest Raw superstar, Bray Wyatt.

“So the one thing is, it looks like they’re going to do, coming out of [the House of Horrors], Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt are gonna be doing a program. They pretty much almost outright said it when Balor was wrestling that there’s something going on with him. It’s new, and it may be very good.”

Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt was briefly teased on Raw during the “superstar shake-up.” So, it looks like WWE is going to book that match at some point in the near-future.
