WWE Officials Very High On Raw Cruiserweight

Thus far, the Raw Cruiserweight division is getting some mixed reviews from the WWE Universe. No one denies the talent inside the ring, but the division is missing the x-factor that will allow the WWE fans to connect and really get behind the division.

WWE has only two matches to showcase the cruiserweights every week on Raw, so the exposure hasn’t been great for most of the roster. Rich Swann has been getting a lot of time. TJ Perkins and Brian Kendrick have been feuding, but others need the exposure.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, WWE officials are said to be high on Tony Nese, who has been featured on Raw a lot since the cruiserweights debuted.

Recently, Nese took on the current Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins in a non-title match, which impressed many WWE officials and he’s made the list for WWE officials to challenge the winner of the feud between Brian Kendrick and Perkins.

Not only that, but the Cruiserweight division is expected to have a lot of title changes. It is being rumored that Tony Nese could dethrone TJP from the top of the division.
