At “Payback”, Charlotte vs. Natalya for the Women’s Championship ended in great controversy as referee Charles Robinson forced the submission finish and “The Chicago Screwjob” allowed Charlotte to retain her title.

Tonight on Monday Night Raw, Natalya thwarted any plans by Charlotte and The Nature Boy to cover it up and then Stephanie McMahon did the fair thing and set up a great match for “Extreme Rules” later this month.

Stephanie McMahon announced that Charlotte will defend her Women’s Championship against Natalya against at the event, but this time, it will be a submission match.

Also, Ric Flair will be banned from ringside and will not be able to interfere in the match, which will force Charlotte to defeat Natalya on her own.

This match will not only be a contest between a Hart and a Flair, or the Sharpshooter vs. the Figure Eight, but it will be the vindication of Charlotte to be able to defeat Natalya on her own.

It’s one thing to be able to be “The Dirtiest Player in the Game” and win makes through bending the rules. But, winning will do much more for Charlotte in the long term as champion because she’ll prove that she can do it on her own and can beat anyone one on one.

Unless WWE is planning for Natalya to win the Women’s title, which could be very interesting in a completely different way.

Do you think Natalya should become the Women’s Champion at “Extreme Rules?”
