For far, he’s made a good impression on Breaking Ground as a hard-working family man who is comfortable in his own skin.
However, that confidence got away from him recently when he made a mistake on social media and brought a lot of heat on himself. Fortunately for him, it doesn’t seem like those actions are going to affect WWE’s plans for him.
According to Bryan Alvarez, who revealed on the latest episode of the “Bryan and Vinny Show” that Bredl will be making his WWE debut in Sunday’s “Royal Rumble” match as “Bronson Matthews.
Nothing against him, but that “Yeti” stuff isn’t going to get him over in NXT. It’s just not going to work. The main roster isn’t any easier, but he’s a hard worker and Breaking Ground showed the trainers trying to explain that to him. He responded very well. He’s coachable.
On paper, this seems like a good way to get him some quick exposure to the WWE audience to see what he has developed over the last few months. He’ll be in there for a few minutes to know what it feels like on a big stage.
The only issue is there are many more NXT stars the WWE Universe would rather see than a green trainee. They just may not know that yet.
