Titus O’Neil may be worth “millions of dollars” on WWE television, but recently, he’s been put in the doghouse after he “pulled” on Vince McMahon’s arm at the end of Monday Night Raw two weeks ago.

WWE has come down very harshly on Titus because they want to make an example out of his mistake to show the WWE locker room that they need to be more professional.

The company has suspended Titus O’Neil for sixty days, but now it’s being revealed that he was also fined five thousand dollars for the incident, which isn’t a lot considering the salary he most likely commands, but that’s still five thousand that he would had if nothing happened.

Jim Ross gave his opinion on the suspension, fine, and situation between Titus and Vince.

“I only wonder, in hindsight, how this matter would have been judicated [sic] if the decision regarding punishment was delayed until the next day when all parties had a night to sleep on this matter.”

On paper, maybe everyone would have gotten over it the next day, especially since it’s been made clear that Titus’ actions were intended as an act of chivalry for Stephanie McMahon.

Unfortunately, the entire situation has divided the WWE Universe and created a lot of bad press for WWE. Hopefully, now everyone can move on, and the sixty-day suspension will go by quickly. It should considering it’s Wrestlemania season.

Do you think WWE is going too far with Titus O’Neil’s punishment?
