Mark Henry Injured During Monday Night Raw

There has been a lot of speculation that Mark Henry is on his last run as a professional wrestler and his goals are to finish his career as strong as possible.

The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion was in a match last night with Big E of The New Day. Unfortunately, the end of the match saw Big E go for a “Big Ending” and Henry slipped out of it and back onto the mat.

Big E didn’t try to repeat the spot again and instead just pinned Henry for the victory. At the time, it looked like Henry had suffered some sort of rib injury and he was helped to the back by trainers after the match.

There is a lot of speculation and concern about Mark Henry’s status because of the potnetial for this to be a career ending injury. The severity of the injury isn’t the issue, but if this kind of injury is going to cause him to miss Wrestlemania, there may not be another one in the tank.

It looks like his injury isn’t that severe and he’ll be moving around and back in the ring soon. However, this doesn’t answer the question about what WWE has planned for his last Wrestlemania.
