Rumors: WWE Testing Waters For Hulk Hogan Return

The trial between Hulk Hogan and Gawker has been over for awhile now. Between the issues with that and the inflammatory remarks that were released last year, Hogan is still on shaky ground with WWE.

The assumption is that the relationship between Hogan and WWE would slowly improve, but it would take some time. “Time heals all wounds.” Now, it seems things are starting to improve between the two.

According to a report from Wrestlezone.com, it’s possible that WWE is testing the waters to see if now is the right time for Hulk Hogan to return to WWE.

Apparently, Eric Bischoff and Dave Meltzer spoke on the former’s “Bischoff On Wrestling” Podcast and Hogan’s name came up during their discussion.

“I’m not surprised. When the WWE produced the documentary on me, when they came out to my home last summer, Hulk was a big part of that documentary. The fact that he was in the documentary suggested to me that they were probably going to, over time, reintegrate Hulk back in to the WWE content. I’m not surprised. I’m happy. I think the fans want to see that. I don’t think the fans are nearly as sensitive to some of the obvious issues as perhaps the business side of the equation is. Look, there’s a saying, “Time heals all wounds.” I believe it will.”
