Rumor: Paige Has Officially Quit WWE

Paige always said that “This was her house.” Apparently, she doesn’t like living in WWE’s world anymore and will be moving onto different pastures.

Just yesterday, it was reported that Paige was very serious about leaving WWE because she hired lawyers to “explore her options” and attempt to get out of her WWE contract. Apparently, they found something.

According to a report from WrestlingNewsSource.com, the former NXT Women’s and Divas Champion has officially called it quits in WWE. She will be leaving the company as soon as WWE makes an announcement.

Apparently, there is enough drama going on backstage between her, WWE officials, and all the issues that are coming out of Alberto Del Rio’s camp that Paige is also willing to leave the company.

Nothing is confirmed as of this writing, but “Front Row Brian” an insider posted the following information on Twitter that could reveal the immediate future for Paige in WWE.

It’s been well documented that Paige still has a few years on her current WWE deal, so the logistics are most likely being worked out and something like a buyout will force the end of Paige’s WWE career for now.
