Rumor: Kurt Angle Could Be Special Addition For WWE 2K18 Next Year

There have been endless rumors about Kurt Angle potentially returning to WWE for a final run with the company before hanging up his wrestling boots once and for all.

Naturally, that has lead to several rumors about a potential return to WWE for Goldberg, but it seems that the early word for the next “additional character” for next year’s WWE2K18 could be Kurt Angle himself.

According to a report from Sportskeeda.com, 2K officials are considering Angle as their top choice to help market the game next year, which typically leads to being feautred on WWE programming in some fashion.

WWE 2K17 hasn’t even been released yet, so it is very early to be talking about next year’s edition of the game. However, it could be the thing that finally bridges the gap between Angle and WWE.
