A week from tonight, WWE’s first PPV since Wrestlemania 32 will take place live on May 1st from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.

The main event will be AJ Styles vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It will be the first title defense for Reigns and the first time Styles will challenge for the WWE title.

Elsewhere on the card, Cesaro will challenge The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship. Charlotte will defend the newly rebranded Women’s Championship against Natalya with both Bret “Hitman” Hart and The Nature Boy Ric Flair at ringside.

We’re finally going to get to see Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn on the main roster and Dean Ambrose will look to rebound after Mania against Chris Jericho.

However, that’s not the entire card, and we’re going to have to wait a little while longer to get the entire picture, but the following matches are also rumored for the card.

Tomorrow night, Enzo Amore and Big Cass will face The Vaudevillains to determine the No. 1 Contenders to face The New Day at “Payback.”

The most likely booking we’ll see is a Vaudevillains victory due to interference by The Dudley Boyz. Therefore, we’ll see Enzo and Cass vs. The Dudley Boyz and The New Day vs. The Vaudevillains for the WWE World Tag Team Championships.

Rounding off the rest of the card will be Baron Corbin vs. Dolph Ziggler, Becky Lynch vs. Emma, and Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows will be involved somehow in the main event, and they may be bringing Finn Balor to the main roster with them.

What do you think of the card for “Payback?”
