Tomorrow night, a new WWE Universal Champion will be crowned on Raw. There will be a Fatal Four Way match between Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Big Cass that will determine the new champion.
No offense to him, but Big Cass seems to stick out from these three other guys right? Kevin Owens has been wrestling for fifteen years and is ready for the main event. Reigns and Rollins are top guys and former WWE Champions, but WWE has decided to throw Big Cass into the mix here to provide a new face.
WWE officials are huge on Big Cass; he’s extremely over as part of the tag team with Enzo Amore, but is he ready to contend with the top prize on Raw and enter the main event title scene?
On paper, you’d say no, right? However, being given a chance like this is a potentially big career move for Big Cass. All the greats of the industry had lost big matches early in their career but gave great performances.
Those performances eventually catapulted them into superstardom, and they eventually became champions in their own right. It’s obvious that Big Cass is the last choice to win the title tomorrow night, but this could be his chance to get the ball rolling on his singles run to ensure that he becomes a WWE Champion in the future.
Do you think Big Cass is a future main event player in WWE?
