It was only a few weeks ago that WWE held “Payback,” but it seems like a lot longer for some reason. It’s been very well documented that Enzo Amore suffered a serious concussion at “Payback”, but his recovery hasn’t been documented at all.
After Big Cass had defeated Devon Dudley on Monday Night Raw earlier this week, he said the following about Enzo’s recovery and return date.

Although we don’t know for sure, the expectation is that Enzo will return to WWE programming very soon. If his recovery has gone well, he could be back shortly after “Extreme Rules.” After all, that’s when everyone else seems to be returning.
However, there are two different theories going around with the company about Amore’s injury. The first is that Enzo got knocked out by a high knee spot and then again when his head whiplashed on the middle rope and ring on the way out of the ring. The second theory is just that the injury occurred when he hit the middle rope.
Regardless of how it happened, the bigger issue is when Enzo will be able to return to the ring because Big Cass is waiting for him, and there is going to be a significant boost in the team’s momentum when he returns.
