Billie Kay and Peyton Royce made their debut on SmackDown Live after WrestleMania 34 and made an immediate impact. Because of their attack on Charlotte Flair, Carmella was able to use the Money in the Bank briefcase to steal the SmackDown Women’s Title.
The IIconics have been featured heavily on the show ever since, but they’ve also been the victims of some poor booking. Last week, Lana defeated Billie Kay after using only two moves. On paper, you would be under the impression that WWE officials weren’t planning anything significant for the duo. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

According to WrestlingNews.co, The IIconics’ first merchandise has been selling very well and has surprised a lot of people backstage. The pair won’t be featured in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, but their positions are expected to improve after the event.
The dynamic duo receives a lot of comparisons to LayCool. The IIconics will most likely be pushed as a modern version of the Layla and Michelle McCool. Since the new duo is expected to receive a push, they shouldn’t be losing singles matches that often anymore.
The IIconics have skills on the mic that make them different in the women’s division:

The IIconics are likely to move into a rivalry with a top babyface like Becky Lynch or Asuka. Some people weren’t sure how The IIconics would transition on SmackDown Live, but their early success is a good sign of things to come.
