Rumor: Stephanie McMahon’s Initial Role For ‘Evolution’ Revealed

In the buildup to Evolution, the WWE Universe was curious what Stephanie McMahon would be doing during the event. She gets some dirt thrown her way, but the fans know her importance to the company and to WWE’s Women’s Evolution. As the event inched closer and closer, the WWE Universe speculated about a potential role for Stephanie.

It was rumored that WWE officials were setting up a feud for her, or she would at least make an appearance during Battle Royal. However, Stephanie went on the record to say that she’s giving the Women’s roster their evening and doesn’t want to take the spotlight away from them. That doesn’t mean The Billion Dollar Princess won’t be involved at all.

According to a report from Wrestling Observer Live, Stephanie McMahon’s involvement will be lending her voice to some promos and being featured as one of many important figures in women’s wrestling. There is still some speculation about her announcing the debut of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, but that has been rumored for months.

It’s possible that she may make a brief appearance in between matches to announce the attendance or be seen in the crowd enjoying the show with everyone else. If Stephanie really doesn’t want to get in the way, it should be easy to let the women have their time at Evolution. There’s plenty happening on the card to entertain the fans for three hours.

Given her physical condition, the interesting thing is Stephanie McMahon could make a return to the ring at any time. That’s a lot of why the WWE Universe held their breath to see if she would for Evolution. It seems she’ll be taking the night off to just enjoy history.
