As reported earlier on the site, TNA star Thomas “Bram” Latimer was arrested for felony domestic battery by felony strangulation charge, and false imprisonment after an incident involving his new girlfriend back in August. Since then, his divorce from WWE Divas Champion Charlotte has begun to wind down, and the two are working towards finalizing their divorce officially.
Courtesy of PWInsider.com, The prosecution for the case against Latimer has dropped all criminal charges against him. Bram’s attorney Brandon M. Daniels issued the following statement:
“Our office is pleased to announce that Mr. Latimer’s case has been successfully resolved, resulting in a decision by the State Attorney’s office whereby they have declined to prosecute our client on the aforementioned charges. Our office has always maintained that once the entirety of the facts, evidence and witness statements are brought forth, our client would be exonerated of the allegations.”
There is also an update on Bram’s TNA suspension. TNA’s Vice President John Gaburick has issued a statement via Twitter that the company has ended Bram’s suspension.
