In recent years, Beth Phoenix has been busy raising a family with WWE Hall of Famer Edge. You’d think that would be enough, but it’s possible she may be looking for more.

Recently, Natalya posted the following photo on Instagram of her and Phoenix, which has a lot of people talking about “The Divas of Doom” returning to WWE television.

Sportskeeda.com is also speculating about a potential return for Beth Phoenix to WWE programming, which seems unlikely. However, stranger things have happened.

Beth Phoenix was a WWE Diva who came along too late to be a part of Lita and Trish’s era of women’s wrestling and too early for the current one. She’s the star in between.

In her era, WWE’s women were mostly models. The Bella Twins were still developing into the stars they are today, but Natalya was one of the few that could work in the ring.

The Divas of Doom were an awesome tag team and is proof that a team like Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka could work in a division without tag team champions.

In the present day, Beth Phoenix would be unbelievable. However, her return seems like a rumor, which is a shame because she’d do great things in the present day WWE.

Do you want Beth Phoenix to return to WWE?
