Why Is Paige Considering Surgery?

Since the latest Brand Split, both “Monday Night Raw” and “Smackdown Live” have seen their Women’s division stretched fairly thin. Things could be about to get even worse as a former Divas Champion could be out for a lot longer than expected.

According to her Twitter account, Paige is considering undergoing neck surgery which could put her out of action for a very long time. Paige’s most recent match was back in June and she has barely been seen or mentioned since, aside from a Wellness Policy violation and her relationship with the released Alberto Del Rio.

With the women’s divisions in the shapes they’re in at the moment, Paige could be a very valuable asset, even if that means waiting for her to get her neck fixed. She’s only 24 years old and could be a big deal to WWE for a long time to come. It’s better for her to get this taken care of so she can come back and be the Paige that gave the division the shot in the arm it needed back in 2014.
