Dolph Ziggler putting his career on line against The Miz for their match at “No Mercy” was a shocker. There was a rumor that he could be leaving WWE soon, but that angle essentially confirmed the possibility that it could be true.

Most people are expecting Ziggler to win at “No Mercy” because it’s a risk it all kind of situation, which is fantastic for building necessary sympathy for a face run.

Since the brand split, Dolph Ziggler has been a booked like a man who is good enough to be in the title matches, but not good enough to win them. The idea seems to be to give him the big win at “No Mercy,” but it could be a spectacular goodbye for The Show Off.

According to a report from CageSideSeats.com, it’s being said that Ziggler still have at least one more year on his current WWE contract, and there are no indications that he’s being released by the company.

However, there is a chance that he loses at “No Mercy,” takes some time off, and comes back to WWE programming under a different gimmick.
