Backstage Update On Paige Being Unhappy in WWE

Paige hasn’t been seen or featured on WWE programming for roughly four months, but it could be a full year before she’s medically able to return to the ring. Based on the continuous rumors about her issues backstage, she may not return to WWE at all.

Currently, Paige is said to be in need of neck surgery. However, WWE officials don’t agree and feel that she doesn’t need to have surgery, especially considering it would cost her a lot more time. On paper, she wouldn’t return to WWE until June at the earliest.

Even though her health status is a tough issue by itself, there has been a lot of rumors about her being very unhappy with her position in WWE, which was only escalated by Alberto Del Rio leaving the company last month.

It’s recently been reported that Paige is openly trying to get out of her WWE contract, and that is the source of her violations of WWE’s Wellness Policy.

According to a report from CageSideSeats.com, Paige is still exploring her option to get out of her WWE deal, but her suspensions are not an attempt to get out of her contract.
