3. Bayley
Bayley is such a rare talent. Her character is one of the most relatable in WWE because she’s just like everyone else in the crowd. Bayley’s character began as a superfan that loved wrestling so much that she wouldn’t dream of doing anything else. Bayley went from a superfan that got the chance to wrestle her heroes to becoming one of the best wrestlers in the industry and has become the hero of the fans. A fantastic story.
Bayley also appeals to a very rare demographic. In a male dominated sport, Bayley appeals to young girls in the crowd like her superfan Izzy, who appears at all NXT shows at Full Sail University. That’s an interesting but rarely focused demographic. If WWE is to be PG for the foreseeable future, Bayley will be a crucial part of WWE’s future because her message applies to the majority of wrestling fans. Bayley could one day become the superfan turned hero and eventually become the face of WWE.
