Them? There have been all kinds of stables throughout WWE’s history though some of them are more infamous than famous. That doesn’t make them any less memorable though and now someone wants to bring them back after a heck of an absence.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Stick Around: You Might Be Seeing Sheamus In WWE For Longer Than Expected
In 1999, Shane McMahon brought in some of his friends from Greenwich, Connecticut called the Mean Street Posse. During an interview with the Miami Herald, Declan McMahon, Shane’s son and Vince’s grandson, said that he was interested in forming the Meaner Street Posse with some of his fellow Indiana Hoosiers football players. Declan has spoken about wanting to join WWE after his football career is over. There is no word on if WWE has any interest in the concept.

Opinion: This falls into the “sure why not” category and that is where things can get fun. The original Posse was little more than a bunch of goofs who mostly learned on the fly and they were goofy fun. I’m not sure if this is actually going to happen but it is a lot of fun to think of the idea happening. Why not try something like this and just see how well it could go if given the chance?
What do you think of the idea? What is your favorite goofy stable? Let us know in the comments below.
