Run It? Jey Uso Calls Out Other Teams To Come To WWE, Says The Usos Are The Best Team In The World

That would be big. Tag team wrestling has been around for a very long time now but has seen a renaissance in the few years. A tag match even headlined this year’s WrestleMania, which would have been hard to fathom in past decades. There are all kinds of top level tag teams and now one of the most decorated tag wrestlers in the world has made a very interesting statement.

WWE’s Jey Uso was interviewed by the Ringer and spoke about his time teaming with his brother Jimmy. Jey spoke about how there are other great teams in the world, naming teams such as the Guerrillas of Destiny, FTR and the Young Bucks. Jey said that if those teams wanted a dream match with the Usos, they would have to come to WWE. He went on to talk about how the Usos, despite being split up, are still the best team in the world due to every aspect, including those outside of the ring. AEW’s Austin Gunn responded on Twitter, saying “let’s run it then”.

Opinion: At the end of the day, Jey might be on to something about the Usos being that great of a team and some of those dream matches would be outstanding. Also, the Usos have little reason to go elsewhere and it could be fascinating to see what happens if one of those teams comes over to WWE. I’m sure the Usos will team again one day and that could make for some very good matches when they are given the chance.
