You remember the Shakeup right? With WrestleMania season wrapped up, things are starting to get back to normal for WWE. Unfortunately that means the television audience is starting to go back down, with this week’s Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live drawing pretty dire numbers. The WWE is noticing things though, and that means it might be time for some guest stars.
According to his twitter, Roman Reigns may be appearing on this week’s Monday Night Raw. Reigns, currently a SmackDown Live superstar, said that he has some unfinished business on the show, though he does not specify what it is. However, WWE is already cutting him off, with a tweet of their own saying that he cannot appear on the show due to obligations to SmackDown Live. This is likely an angle stemming from Reigns attacking both Vince and Shane McMahon over the last few weeks.
I’m back on #SDLive, but I still have some business on #Raw.
I’ll see y’all Monday. #ProtectTheYard— Roman Reigns (@WWERomanReigns) May 4, 2019
WWE officials have learned of Roman Reigns' desire to appear on Monday Night Raw, but as of now, and due to his obligations as a Smackdown Live Superstar, he will not be appearing on Monday Night Raw. https://t.co/4P0RNPmZB1

When Reigns attacked. Check out Reigns getting physical with the boss:
Opinion: There is a long list of reasons why Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live aren’t drawing in stronger audiences, but having Reigns show up isn’t going to instantly fix everything. He’s a bigger star and that will help things a little bit, but at the same time it isn’t going to matter if he just shows up, does nothing of note and then leaves all over again. The product needs to fix some of its underlying problems before something like this is going to make a big difference.
