They have a history there. If there is one thing that WWE has learned how to do over the years, it is produce a ton of merchandise. Over the years, they have produced more items for sale than any wrestling company in history, some of which are a lot more ridiculous than others. From toasters to beach towels, they have a little bit of everything, and now they have something else rather interesting for sale.

WrestleMania 36 was one of the most unique wrestling shows that you will ever see. Not only was it the biggest show of the year, but it was the biggest show of the year with no fans in the arena. The show took place over the course over two nights, so technically there were two main events in one night. One of the main events was a bit more unique than the other and WWE wants you to be able to remember it.

ShopWWE.com is now selling special plaques from WrestleMania 36’s Boneyard match between AJ Styles and Undertaker. The plaque features three photos of the match, some text about the match, and a patch of dirt from the match. For reasons unclear, there are only 536 of the plaques, which will be in stock on May 8, 2020. The match was filmed at an undisclosed location in the Orlando, Florida area.

I’d say it’s plaque worthy. Check out some highlights of the Boneyard match:

Opinion: This is something that you had to expect from WWE as they know how to market anything. The match was certainly unique and enjoyable and I’m sure that there will be people who want a nice piece of memorabilia from the whole thing. It’s not like this is something brand new as WWE has sold pieces of the mat before. Why not do something like this if there is an audience for it?
