WWE Seems To Be Planting Seeds For A Miz Face Turn

As the A-Lister turns? Most wrestlers are good at moving from the side of good to evil and vice versa and often do several times during their career. However, there are others who seem tailor made to stay on one side of the spectrum. That doesn’t mean they’re any more or less talented, but it would be strange to see them change. Now though, one of the best heels around might be switching sides.

At Crown Jewel, WWE may have planted the seeds for a Miz face turn. Before Miz participated in the finals of the World Cup of Wrestling tournament against Dolph Ziggler, Miz banged up his knee and was unable to compete. Despite the injury, Miz pleaded with SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon to let him wrestle. Miz was then helped out while McMahon won the tournament in Miz’s place. Miz also won both of his tournament matches completely clean. There is no guarantee that this is the way they’re going, but it certainly seems to be a possibility.

He could be our hero.

Opinion: I’m…..really not sure about this. WWE has tried a Miz face run before and I’m not sure if it’s something they should go back to. It wasn’t exactly the best result in the world and Miz is hardly failing as a heel at the moment. This certainly seemed to be the start of a face turn, but maybe it’s just for the upcoming Survivor Series. I’m sure he could pull it off, but it’s not something that worked very well the first time.
