Freshen things up a bit. WWE has two major television shows every single week with Monday Night Raw and SmackDown. Both of them have been on the air for over twenty years and they have quite a history to them. That being said, they also start to show their age after time, which means they could use some freshening up. It seems that will be the case again going forward.
According to Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men podcast, WWE is working on new sets for both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown. The two shows currently use the same sets, as both shows are presented out of the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. It is not clear when the new sets will debut or if the two shows will have different sets. The two shows have used their current sets for just over a year and a half.
For those who didn't get it… New Sets coming soon. https://t.co/VW67o3ibCM

The sets look pretty cool. Check out what WWE has been using:
Opinion: I’m not sure if I would say that this is long overdue but it is the kind of thing that WWE could use. You can only have things look the same for so long before they stop having much of an impact. I could absolutely see these being unveiled when fans return to the shows at some point in the summer, and it would be a great way to welcome the people back.
