There is always room for more. WWE has been around for a very long time now and there are several memorable names throughout its history. With so many people having walked through that curtain over the years, there are going to be a lot of names that fans might remember one way or another. That is what WWE is hoping for in the near future, and now we might be seeing someone else.
Monday Night Raw has not been doing so well in the ratings and viewership numbers as of late and that means WWE is going to be doing its best to bring the numbers back up. One of the best ways to do that is through nostalgia. As a result, WWE has announced a special Legends Night on January 4 with some famous names announced. However, we might be seeing some more added to the list.
According to Fightful Select, WWE is considering bringing in additional names to go with those already announced. WWE is hoping to bring in Teddy Long, Ron Simmons and Molly Holly for the show, though none are confirmed for the show as of yet. Names already announced for the show include Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Big Show, Kurt Angle, Torrie Wilson and more.
Those are indeed some legends. Check out who else might be coming home:
Opinion: I’m not sure how many more eyes those three names are going to draw in, but just beefing up the entire package is going to help. That being said, these are three very fine people to bring in so hopefully all of them can do something on the show. Just having them show up for a few seconds is better than nothing at all, and you can almost guarantee the APA poker game breaks out again.
