That’s never good. No matter how talented a wrestler may be, there is always the chance that someone is going to be injured. You can be trained by the best and then have all the experience imaginable, but there is always the chance that someone is going to get hurt on even the most routine move. Unfortunately that seems to be the case again in AEW, as someone is banged up.

AEW has a heck of a tag team division with some of the best teams in the world today. There are so many of them that the company is running out of things to do with a lot of its teams. The situation has made for some rather interesting storylines, but now one of those teams will not be around for the next few months, as an injury is going to keep one of the members on the shelf.

Trent, of AEW’s Best Friends, has sent out a tweet announcing that he has a partially torn pectoral muscle, which will put him out of action for a few months. The injury was explained on television when Miro and Kip Sabian showed a clip of Trent being loaded into an ambulance following an attack last week. There is no word on what Trent’s partner, Chuck Taylor, will do in Trent’s absence.

Opinion: This is never good to hear as it is always a bad thing to have someone go on the shelf for any length of time, especially for a few months. Hopefully Trent is able to get back in the ring sooner rather than later because he is a talented wrestler who could go somewhere in AEW. I’m not sure what to expect from Taylor while he is gone, but Trent is the kind of partner who could be a big deal when he gets back.
