It’s never too early to speculate. We’re two weeks away from the Royal Rumble and that means it’s high time to figure out who is going to win the biggest matches on the card. You can often figure out the winner of the Royal Rumble matches in advance, mainly because there aren’t a lot of serious options to choose from. This year though, we might have a bit of an extra advantage.
According to Cagesideseats.com, Seth Rollins is still currently the favorite to win the 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble match. The idea is built around the fact that Rollins is scheduled to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title at WrestleMania 35. Rollins has spent several weeks taking about Lesnar, which has seemed to be the planting of seeds for the upcoming match.
I think this guy could give Lesnar a run for his money. Check out a fired up Rollins from the last Monday Night Raw of 2018:
Opinion: Well, it’s not like there’s anyone else out there to win the thing. This isn’t the strongest field for the Royal Rumble in the world but then again, there aren’t many people with personal issues with Lesnar either. This is about as good as you’re going to get and Rollins had a heck of a 2018 to set this up. It’s not a bad pick, but you never know how many times it might change before Phoenix.
