Does that explain things? There are all kinds of people in charge of helping to make a WWE event work. Some of these names are more prominent than others and you probably know a lot of the hierarchy. However, on occasion you will have to go down even deeper on that list in a strange situation, which was the case this week as two big names missed an important show.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Knock Them Down: WWE Sets Multiple Records For Money In The Bank
According to Fightful Select, Triple H was not present at this week’s Monday Night Raw. This was reportedly not due to any problem, but rather merely a planned night off. Triple H was present at Money In The Bank and is expected to be at this week’s SmackDown. Vince McMahon was not present either and as a result, Bruce Prichard ran Monday Night Raw. Prichard is the normal replacement if neither are present for the show.

Opinion: This is one of those things that makes looking back at another show more interesting as you know a bit more about what is going on behind the scenes. The show did wind up working well, which makes me wonder just how much the person in charge matters if the script is set in stone. WWE is getting ready for Summerslam in a few weeks and thankfully one of the shows went fairly well.
