Here he is again. WWE is in a weird place at the moment as they are trying to fix their viewership issues. They have tried a variety of things, such as introducing a new title and bringing Brock Lesnar back, but it seems that something else could be done. Maybe there is another solution, and WWE tried something a little bit different in an attempt to make things a little better.
This week on SmackDown Live, Dolph Ziggler returned and attacked WWE Champion Kofi Kingston after Kingston defeated Sami Zayn. Ziggler injured Kingston by wrapping a chair around his neck and sending it into the announcers’ table, causing Kingston to be taken away on a stretcher. Later in the show, Ziggler came out and announced that he would be getting a title shot at Super ShowDown. Ziggler’s most recent match in WWE was back in January when he was entered into the Royal Rumble.
Ziggler always knew how to make an impact. He is one of his more recent appearances:
Opinion: I know Ziggler has his fans, but this isn’t the most thrilling thing in the world. I haven’t been a big Ziggler fan for a long time as he tends to be the most repetitive performer on a regular basis. I’m sure the match will be entertaining, but Ziggler isn’t exactly the most thrilling pick in the world. The angle was well done at least and that’s better than nothing.
