Two for Philly. We are five six weeks away from WrestleMania 40 and with Elimination chamber out of the way, there are no more major events for the company before they get to the biggest. This weekend saw Elimination Chamber take place, which resulted in two major matches being officially set for Wrestlemania. In this case, both of them have gold on the line.

Over the weekend at WWE Elimination Chamber, the show’s two namesake matches set up WrestleMania title matches. First up, Becky Lynch won the women’s Elimination Chamber, earning the right to challenge Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40. Later, Drew McIntyre won the men’s Elimination Chamber, setting him up for a shot against World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. WrestleMania 40 is set for April 6 and 7.

Opinion: This is how things go in WWE every year and in this case it should make for a good WrestleMania. Two new title matches are officially set for the show and that covers most of the top of the card. Having something to build towards makes for a nice feeling makes it feel like we are getting that much closer to WrestleMania. Things are set up now but they have to pull off everything else, which is the much harder part.
