Smell The Woo? The Rock’s Production Company Working On A Ric Flair Biopic

Put it on screen. In recent years, there have been all kinds of new wrestling project that have nothing to do with what is going on in the ring. This includes books, television shows and films, some of which are based on the real life stories of wrestlers and the wrestling world. Now another one is apparently in production, and it is will focus on one of the biggest names in wrestling history.

According to a press release sent to 411mania.com, the Rock’s Seven Bucks production company is developing a biopic on the life of Ric Flair. Kevin Misher will work as a producer on the film, having previously worked on the wrestling biopic “Fighting With My Family”. There are no further details on the project, including any cast members or details on when the film will be released.

They do have a history together. Check out Rock and Flair’s time together in WWE:

Opinion: This is something that could make for a good idea, as Flair is certainly one of the most intriguing stories in wrestling history. At the same time, Rock being in charge of helping to make the movie should help, as he is someone who would take the effort to make it work well. There could be a very interesting cast list that goes throughout the years, as Flair has been around just about everyone.
