Top Guys turn. One of the big moments of the post-Wrestlemania episode of “Monday Night Raw” saw the Revival make their main roster debuts as they finally made the jump from NXT. Much like several other NXT talents though, they’re wrapping up in developmental while will being on the main roster. This led to a fun moment at an NXT house show.
At last night’s NXT show in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the Revival did a quick face turn to help Shinsuke Nakamura and Tye Dillinger beat down Bobby Roode to end the show. As luck would have it, the event was recorded.
WWE NXT Spartanburg, Revival turn face
This does NOT mean that the Revival is turning face on the main roster as this is more along the lines of a goodbye to NXT rather than anything that matters long term. The Wyatt Family did something similar when they left NXT and it was never mentioned on the main roster shows.
Opinion: There’s nothing wrong with this and it’s nice to see the Revival, the greatest tag team in NXT history, getting a sendoff like this. The fans are going to show them the respect that they deserve and they should get this kind of moment, especially in something like this that doesn’t mean anything long term.
Are the Revival the best NXT team of all time? Who do you think they feud with on the main roster? Let us know in the comments below.
