I could see getting hyped by this. Last month on the “Wrestlemania XXXIII” Kickoff Show, Mojo Rawley won the fourth annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in a major upset. Despite eliminating future WWE World Champion Jinder Mahal last, Rawley hasn’t done much since then. At least not in the ring that is.

Even though he hasn’t had the most in-ring success, Rawley has made a bit more of a mainstream appearance. He’s recently appeared in a music video for 3LAU which also featured NFL star Rob Gronkowski. This also fits his wrestling experience as Gronkowski has appeared with Rawley both in NXT and WWE, including at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”. Here’s the video:

Opinion: You know how much WWE loves having mainstream appeal and someone who seems to have a genuine connection with an NFL star like Gronkowski is always going to be a good thing in WWE’s eyes. I’m not sure why Rawley’s push has slammed into a wall since “Wrestlemania XXXIII” (which is where it began in the first place) but maybe this can give him a brief resurgence.

Did you agree with Rawley winning the battle royal? What should he do now? Let us know in the comments below.
