How else would you celebrate? We are done with Elimination Chamber and the show was quite the eventful evening. There were multiple title changes to make the show feel historic and now we might be in for some interesting paths on the Road To WrestleMania. The new champions do have a bit to celebrate though, and one of them did so with some microwaveable goodness.
One of the biggest moments from Elimination Chamber was Riddle winning the United States Title. The win was the first singles title win of Riddle’s career and it is the kind of win that Riddle has been needing. Riddle is one of the more unique stars in WWE today and he certainly has his own quirks. One of those quirks was on display in his post match celebration.
I kind of want one. Check out Riddle’s very energetic celebrations and how he won the title:
Riddle appeared on the WWE Watch Along just after winning the title and ate a Foster Farms corn dog, as Foster Farms was the sponsor of the show. Riddle also spoke about how happy he was with his win and how people were going to have to deal with it for a very long time. Mark Henry, one of the hosts of the Watch Along, congratulated Riddle and praised him for going after Bobby Lashley, the biggest man in the match.
Opinion: This is the kind of thing I love about Riddle, as he’s so goofy most of the time but can turn it serious when he needs to do so. It was a fired up, passionate promo to show you just how much the title win meant to him. That’s the other side of Riddle that you don’t get to see very often and he sold it well here. Throw in that now I’d like a corn dog and everything worked.
