That got him. There are all kinds of ways for a wrestling segment to be presented, with some of them being mixtures of different styles. Oftentimes a serious segment can have some comedy sprinkled in, which may or may not be intentional. That can make for some funny moments if someone involved is not ready for what is coming. WWE had such a situation again in a special segment this week.

WWE has uploaded a digital exclusive segment to its YouTube page, showing Kevin Owens and Nick Aldis backstage. Aldis tells Owens that he cannot compete next week due to his broken hand, but Austin Theory and Grayson Waller, who injured his hand in the first place, interrupted. Owens promised to punch both of them next week, despite his broken hand. With Theory and Waller gone, Owens promised to turn them into a brain, while pointing to a picture of a brain on a poster. Aldis laughed at the statement and walked away while Owens was still talking.

Opinion: There are times in wrestling where you know something isn’t scripted and that was the case again here. It was obvious that Aldis did not see that coming and he couldn’t handle what Owens said. Every so often something like that just happens and it happened again here with a rather funny moment. I’m sure Owens had a good time with this and that is probably a nice mini win for him.
