My goodness there are a lot of them. The Royal Rumble is about three weeks away and the show’s namesake matches aren’t exactly close to full yet. That’s going to change as we get closer and closer to the event, with about a fourth of all the spots already filled. You need both a mixture of big names and filler members though, and we have some of each to add to the mix.
In a series of video announcements posted to Twitter, four more people have been confirmed for the Royal Rumble. There are two men and two women announced, with Seth Rollins, Jeff Hardy, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville all declaring their entrances in the matches. Rollins’ announcement came in the ring at a recent WWE house show in Columbus, Georgia.
And of course, the announcements. Collect all three:
Opinion: The match is starting to fill up and it’s really cool to have so many big names included. The women’s roster isn’t as deep, but that means that there won’t be nearly as many names left out of the match and it won’t require nearly as many outside names being added to the match. I’m always curious to see who else is announced for the match, as it’s a great place to bring people back either previously announced or as a surprise.
Which of these names is most interesting? Who else do you want to see in the matches? Let us know in the comments below.
